This former farm is beautifully set in a broad valley in some 40 acres of land, well off the beaten track. The English owners have a detached cottage next door, which with its own garden is completely self contained; they are on hand to help and give advice, although they may be away from time to time. A large barn opposite the house provides an excellent covered games area with basket ball net, football net and table tennis.

Roughly equidistant from the pretty bastide towns of Eymet and Miramont de Guyenne, both about three and a half miles away, with a good choice of shops and restaurants, and three miles from St Pardoux Issac for everyday shops and supermarket.

About 17 miles south of Bergerac and its vineyards and within easy reach of Bordeaux vineyards, such as Saint Emilion, as well as a wealth of bastide towns dating from the 100 Years War.

Just over an hours drive to Sarlat and many other places of interest along the Dordogne valley.
